    廖晓丽，中国人民大学原农经系2003级本科校友，美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校农业与应用经济学博士（2013），现为美国西弗吉尼亚大学资源经济与管理系助理教授。研究兴趣包括大宗商品市场、应用价格分析与预测、风险管理和政策分析。曾在American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Energy Economics, Agricultural Economics, Journal of Agricultural and Resource Economics, Oxford Economic Papers等期刊上发表论文。

[内容简介]

Massive changes have occurred to the natural gas industry in the United States over the past few decades. Deregulation, advances in technology, expansion of pipeline capacity, introduction of futures trading, crises in financial markets, and most recently, the rise of unconventional gas have completely reshaped the U.S. natural gas market. Amid these changes, two core questions remain. First, how do natural gas prices respond to systematic and idiosyncratic shocks? Second, in light of the continuous market deregulation since the 1970s, is the natural gas market in the U.S. well-integrated? How do changes in the underlying market conditions affect the level of spatial integration? We use time-varying structural vector auto regression models.
