招聘时间节点与流程：

1、学院全年接收应聘申请，并在每年的AEA年会网站发布全球招聘信息；

2、当年12月30日前学院招聘委员会初审小组会进行初选；

3、初选通过者将参加第一轮面试，面试形式包括AEA现场面试或远程视频面试；

4、第一轮面试后将产生候选者名单，并被邀请至学校参加第二轮面试；

5、第二轮面试结束后，招聘委员会将候选者名单排序提交学院学术委员会、学院党委会讨论；

6、根据排序发放预录取通知。

The School of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development (SARD) at Renmin University of China is one of the top programs in applied economics, agricultural economics and agri-business.

Our school is offering a couple of positions at all levels. Candidates are required to have a Ph.D. (or expected completion in 2020) and have a strong background in economics, agricultural economics, agri-business or related areas. Salaries and benefits are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
